At peak times such as Christmas, we are aware that it is important that your flowers arrive in good time and condition.

The deadline for guaranteed Christmas orders is Friday 22nd December 2017. We will deliver all Christmas orders received on or before Friday 22nd December. Unfortunately due to volume of orders and traffic conditions we are unable to guarantee timed deliveries. We will of course try to facilitate any requests but it may not always be possible. Deliveries for Christmas Eve itself cannot be guaranteed and may be delivered earlier if necessary. We recommend contacting us if you have any questions about deliveries.

All our products are subject to availability. Due to seasonal variations, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. Products are delivered next day unless another delivery date  is selected.  In the event that we are unable to supply your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery/collection date.
